Kay originally got one parking ticket after his parking meter ran out of time. It appeared that a BBC staffer removed the ticket and subsequently a different parking warden put a second ticket on Kay's grey GT-R Nissan sports car. Following that the BBC staffer tried to reason with the warden but to no avail.
