According to reports, Carlos Boozer, a Utah Jazz forward and Prince's landlord, filed a lawsuit against Prince over alterations to the home. According to the lawsuit, Prince painted the exterior of the house with purple stripes, a Prince symbol and the numbers 3121, the name of his new album. Also, inside the home renovations were made including a purple monogrammed carpet installation in the master bedroom and plumbing and piping added to the downstairs bedroom for beauty salon chairs. the lawsuit was later dropped by Boozer without prejudice.
